Payment security

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and support 3-D Secure where available. We do not store your full card details.

Currency

All prices are shown in EUR (Euro). Your bank or provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.

When we charge your payment

  • Digital patterns: charged immediately; you’ll receive instant download access after checkout.

  • Physical products (frames & finished embroideries): charged at checkout; items ship within 1–3 business days.
